High Intensity Interval Training Warrnambool Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

BJJ HIIT is a 45 minute high intensity class primarily based on the movements and warm-ups in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu High Intensity Interval Training (BJJ HIIT) is a new addition to Warrnambool Brazilian Jiu Jitsu’s timetable. It’s a high-intensity interval training class like you’ve never experienced before and no two classes ever the same at Warrnambool Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You’ll use a combination of your own body weight as well as other strength and conditioning equipment to sweat it out.

When coming into one of our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu HIIT sessions, please bring a towel and water bottle as you’ll need them during and definitely after these sessions. This class is open to anyone 16yrs+.
